Skye is pregnant and we expect puppies around 14th March 2009.

Eddie the Samoyed is over for a brief stay with us and completed his championship in the US fast, always owner-handled, with 3 majors and always with Best of Winners. He is now FCI International Champion, Finnish, Estonian, Norwegian, Russian, Latvian and American Champion; Finnish Junior Winner 2004, Estonian Winner 2005 and 2006, Baltic Winner 2006 and 2007, Nordic Winner 2007, and Multiple BEST IN SHOW Winner. Woohoo to Eddie. He needs just 2 more points to finish in Canada and has only been shown there two weekends!!

At the Lehigh valley show in December, M go her second major and needs only a few points to finish in the US.

Our Australian Shepherd, Nitro, finished in Canada over the Thanksgiving holiday still from the puppy classes and with his 4th Best of Breed win!!

Other News

Merak has settled in very well with his new family in the Pocono's and they are looking forward to winter! We met him again mid December and he has settled in really well. Thanks to Eileen and family for giving our goofball a great home.

Meanwhile, we lost Siru (aged 15 years) in mid November - a huge loss and very, very sad time for us - Siru was the last of our European dogs that we brought over with us when we moved to Canada in 1999. Her passing signaled the end of an era and has left a big void in our lives.
